Four-story, 5500 sq ft, luxury accommodations with open lakefront decks and patios. This home is perfect for large groups and extended families. TV's are provided in every room as well as extra-large TVs in the game room family room.
There is abundant sleeping space for 20-24 guests, an ultra-modern kitchen, spectacular views, a boat dock, spacious decks, and outside grounds, and a custom designed bar area.
The first-floor is large enough to accommodate all your friends and relatives. Large bar that overlooks the lake through oversized windows and sliding doors that lead out onto a deck. Full-size shuffleboard table, ring toss set and a card table. Two bedrooms each have a queen size bed, full bathroom with tub and shower, plus a bonus room with a sleeper couch & futon
Located on the main level is a large family room with a gas fireplace, and an oversized LED Smart TV. The kitchen is perfect for large families with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator, a ceramic cook top stove & oven, and an over-the-range microwave. Our dining area has a custom-built solid wood table where you can enjoy views of the lake. There are two queen bedrooms on this floor, one with an attached bath. These rooms are perfect for someone that does not want to do a lot of stairs.
The third floor, has a spectacular master bedroom with unbelievable lake views and a very large bathroom that features a large two-person rain shower. There are two more bedrooms each room has 2 sets of bunk beds, twins over full. The full size hall bath has a washer and dryer.
This home is prime location on the lake, the outside area is designed for a relaxing stay. There is plenty of seating on the three decks or you can sit right down on the lake shore to enjoy the sunsets. The large boat dock will allow you to sunbathe or go for a swim. Bring your own Kayaks, paddle boards or canoes to use on the lake.

We had such a fantastic time during our stay and there was just so much to do! Laughing and roasting marshmallows at night by the fire pit and when it became way too late, we played for hours in the game room.We brought our own paddle boards and blow up kayak and enjoyed the lake every single day since the weather was good to us during our stay.We had many wild life visitors as well. We had the ducks and their baby chicks coming right up to us to be fed. And on the upper deck there was a mama bird that came and fed her babies every day. On the last day of our vacation the birds flew the coupe as well. So sweet to see.The house is amazing with tons of room and a million things to do if you have to stay in doors. We all agreed we would love to stay there again next year.Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Our group had a pleasure of staying at this beautiful Lake Harmony home in the Poconos, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. The house itself is spacious and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for a large group like ours. We had 15 people and never felt crowded. There was plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together. The bedrooms offered ample storage.The kitchen was a highlight—it had everything we needed to cook and serve big family-style meals, and it was large enough for several people to cook at once without bumping elbows. The large table was ideal for our groupOne of our favorite parts of the house was the view. The lake is stunning, and the large decks gave us the perfect spot to watch all the lake activity. The lower level game/play areas were also a huge hit. There were options for every age—everyone found something to enjoy.During our stay, we needed to reach out to the property manager Liz, and she was responsive and helpful. She handled everything quickly and professionally.If we had to name one thing we wished for, it would be the inclusion of kayaks and paddleboards with the rental. With such easy access to the lake, it would’ve been so fun to have that option built in. Hopefully, it’s something the owners consider adding in the future.That said, our stay was so enjoyable that we didn’t hesitate to rebook for next year. This property had everything we needed to make lifelong memories, and we can't wait to return!

Great overall experience at this VRBO. The one thing I wish I noticed when booking is the linen for the bedding and towels are not included. This is pointed out clearly on the listing but somehow I missed it. There is a linen service you can hire that will cost somewhere around 350. I've never ran into this sort of thing with a short term rental but I guess for a place like this with a million beds it makes sense.

This house is amazing and in a great area for golf and a little bit of night life. It is walking distance to Nick's lake house (which is great) and shenanigans (night time bar). It is also very close to some great golf courses like Jack Frost and split rock. Would 10/10 recommend.
