Summary:
Enjoy the perfect view and location of this studio apartment located in the Historic Downtown Branson. Walking distance The Landing, Convention Center, many local shops, restaurants and attractions. There is also a trolley (Ride Sparky) that runs throughout the day and early evening with many pick-up and drop-off locations. (2 locations are near us).
The Space:
This beautifully remodeled studio apartment is perfect for a couples getaway or just some quiet time alone. This wonderfully cozy suite is fully stocked and ready for your arrival. You are going to love your time at Wally's!!!
Guest Access:
Door code will be sent on day of arrival
Guests will have full use of laundry services and parking on the premises.
The Neighborhood:
Downtown by the landing where all the action is at. A view worth 1000 words, and easy walking and biking distance to all the downtown attractions. The trolley picks up on its last stop right across the street from you. We suggest if you are new to the area to hop on, it's free, and discover many of the areas hidden treasures.
Getting Around:
Walking distance to many local shops, restaurants and attractions. Free trolley - Ride Sparky (various pick-up and drop-off locations around our apartment.)
Other Things to Note:
Exterior cameras installed. One faces the main entrance, one faces the steps to the common area laundry room and one faces the parking lot
Outside building and landscaping are under remodeling construction. Construction hours are from 8 AM - 5 PM. .
Studio apartment sleeps 2. There is a queen bed available in the apartment
Interaction with Guests:
Our property manager lives in Branson and is available for as little or as much interaction as needed by the guest.

This is my second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first time! Perfect location as it’s super close to the landing and all the cute little shops around. The Trolly is also close by if you don’t want to drive. The little kitchenette is perfect for when staying for a few days. They also provided coffee, creamer, and little breakfast bars in the kitchenette. Highly recommend!!!

It was a bit too noisy due to the traffic plus I noticed ants when I got there...... overall it was okay, would probably stay again
