Modern Yote Condo at Roark Creek

Location of the room was great. Easy access to the facility and very near Historic Downtown Branson. It was very easy to get around the area. Gym was very nice and was included in our stay. Pools were very good to chill you off on a hot summers day. Overall a nice place to stay if you have two people...not four. Management was very responsive to issues we had during our stay. They purchased an air mattress right away our first night after we arrived. Our AC went out the second day and was fixed very quickly. The dishwasher was leaking as we were leaving and someone was sent right away to fix. If you have an issue they are very quick to respond.

Listing states that this room sleeps four people. This is not correct. We have two teenagers and when we arrived there was a small futon that we had to balance for one person to sleep. We knew going into the place that they would have to sleep on the sofa but assumed it was a pull out couch like others we stayed at. Do not go into this thinking you can sleep four people. Not sure if you can even sleep 2 small kids. I do have to say that management quickly purchased an air mattress for us to use for my other child. If it was not for that we would have had to find another place to stay. Which would have been a shame since the place is very nice. Please inquire with management if you have more than three people. I do hope they update the listing or provide a pull out couch to use.

This property was very nice! It was a great location and easy to get anywhere in Branson!

The couch was a futon which was not comfortable to sit on. It said fold out couch but was a futon for our daughter to sleep on and you could feel the metal.

It was very cozy and well kept. It felt very private.

The couch was the only downfall but that wasn’t even that big of deal.

The location was right when we came into Branson, and easy to get to the other locations we were visiting.

We were not aware there were 16 steps to get to the front door, and I have hip problems, so was very hard for me to get up and down these each time we left and returned. It would have been nice to have been informed of this on the site. Also, the living room furniture was very uncomfortable to try and sit on and watch tv. Needs to be updated bad. The place was fairly clean, but there was a lot of dirt along the woodwork that was very noticeable. Needs to be cleaned a little better.
