Come and recharge your batteries in this pretty villa that can accommodate up to 8 people. Quietly located with an unobstructed view, it is an ideal starting point for your walks, 5 minutes by bike from the beach and shops and close to cycle paths.

The house includes a bright living room with a living room, a dining room opening onto the garden and a fitted kitchen.

The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 bedroom upstairs):
- a bedroom with cupboard (140 cm bed) overlooking an interior courtyard,
- a bedroom with cupboard (140 cm bed) overlooking the swimming pool
- a master suite (140 cm bed) opening onto a private terrace and the garden, with en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, two sinks),
- a bedroom with wardrobe (140 cm bed) upstairs
- 2 toilets (one of which is independent)
- a bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as two sinks.

A large landscaped garden, a terrace with pergola, and an 8x4m swimming pool heated (from June to September) and secured with an electric curtain will allow you to fully enjoy moments of conviviality.

You can park within the grounds of the house (2-3 spaces).

Villa Coquelicots is quietly located while being close to the market and shops, a few minutes walk from the market (800 meters) and the church of Bois-Plage.

The beaches are easily accessible on foot or by bike: Petit Sergent at 1 km and Gollandières at 1.5 km.

You can easily reach the cycle paths allowing you to discover the island by bike.
