Very close to Centre George Pompidou a 1800’s building welcomes a recently refurbished 100 sqm ( 1075 sqf ) apartment located on the 5th top floor ( US 6th ) - with a direct - private access by lift / elevator.
The entrance hall gives access to an open space with cathedral ceiling including:
- Living room totally beamy ceilling with 5 windows, sofas, coffee table - HDTV - DVD - free and unlimited WiFi internet access.
- Dining area that seats 6 people.
- Separate toilets located by living space
- Modern kitchen close to dining area with fridge, dishwasher, 4 burners stove top, traditional oven, 2 microwave ovens, toaster, kettle and all necessary pottery and cutlery for cooking and dining.
BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS:
Bedroom 1 with bathroom - shower -
Equipped with a QUEEN SIZE BED - closets -
Bedroom 2 with mezzanine bathroom with bathtub - amazing view of Paris rooftops.
Spacious master bedroom with KING SIZE BED - could be divided into 2 sigle beds - closets - computer desk.

Very well appointed and located property in the heart of everything!
As mentioned in another review, the biggest disappointment for us was the single toilet in a separate room with no sink. Otherwise, everything was fantastic and Louis could not have been a better host!

Super apartment , large, clean with everything you need for your stay in Paris. Location is great, 15 minute walk to the river and Louvre although we stayed mainly locally as there was so much to do.
Very convenient with Patisseries, Boulangeries, Poissonnier and Bistros just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. My son loved the rare steak, stinky cheese and rotisserie chicken.
The Metro is close but its much more fun to just walk around and see what you find.
Eric and Louis are great hosts, Eric kindly gave us a quick tour of the immediate neigbourhood when we arrived and arranged a bag drop off on the last day so we could make the most of the time before leaving.
Would definitely recommend and we look forward to returning.

HIGHLY recommend the Angels apartment in Le Marais! The apartment is kept in pristine condition, with all the amenities as described. Louis's service is impeccable; from arranging airport transportation to meeting us at the apartment, he made my Mother and I feel comfortable from the very moment we booked our stay. The apartment is on the fourth (top) floor of the building with beautiful vaulted ceilings. There is an elevator in the building that holds one person at a time, but nonetheless, very useful! Louis keeps power converters in the apartment, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and even hair dryers. With the metro stop right around the corner, you have easy access to everywhere within the city. Take a run by Hotel de Ville or hop onto the metro and explore the Tuileries Gardens... the world is at your doorstep! We will be back, and can guarantee we will call Louis the moment we book our flights. Thank you, Louis!

Merci Louis for being a great host. We loved the central location in the Marais with easy access to the metro and great shops. The apartment is well equipped, it was comfortable for our family of 4. Thank you again from our family
