Just had a one night stay at Matthews as a stop on route to marseille. Brilliant communication from the host, Great central location, charming apartment very homely and tidy, owners personal items are about but tidy. We were surprised to find it was a shared stay (seperate bedrooms, shared living and bathroom areas) but the other couple were.nice and quiet so didnt impact our stay. Clean, not immaculate but not unclean by any means
We're planning on revisiting paris so will stay again

Great location.
No toiletries, like soup, there was old dry out soup in the shower.
No mirrors in the bedroom.
