The third suite has a queen bed, a smart TV, and direct balcony access. The fourth suite holds a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle below. Both rooms have an en-suite half bath. A shared tub/shower combination is accessible from each half bath.
An additional half bath provides added convenience.

Only a short walk to the beach, very well stocked. It had lots of cooking utensils, kitchen appliances, and grilling tools. The best thing is that it also had beach items, like chairs, toys, floaties, etc. Saved us money and space!
Beds were all comfy and the house was very clean and spacious.
For the price, it was great!
We loved having our own pool even if it wasn’t very big. It was clean and very relaxing. We spent plenty of time grilling and swimming!

I would stay here every year!!! The house is a large space that is planned out well. The plunge pool is perfect! The walk to the beach is very doable with older kids. If you have younger kids you may need a wagon. There are lots of beach things in the garage which is helpful. The property management is EXCELLENT! We had a few issues that was no ones fault at all. Vacasa fixed everything quickly. I will rent from them again!

The home is in a residential neighborhood, fairly new and beautiful. The home is actually better than the picture; however the cleaning service will be the downfall of this beautiful home. All my issues were with the cleaning company. We had a checkin at 4 pm but when we arrived they were still inside cleaning, could not check in until 4:40 after a 5 hour drive; A filthy wash cloth under the sink in the master bedroom, food not clean from the creasing of the dining room table and dog poop in the garage was totally unacceptable for me. I paid a $484 cleaning fee and was refunded a measly $40😡
