Newly renovated suite

Room was newly renovated as stated. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the venues we were attending.

Wasn't sure about the area or the bldg it was in. On arrival got told by a tenant that there was bed bugs in some units. This put us off a bit, but spoke to the fellow who was spraying the other unit and confirmed that our unit was good, no bed bugs.

The apartment was great. Very clean and fully equipped. It was obviously newly renovated. I would describe it as a "studio" apartment rather than a one bedroom. It was definitely good value for the money.

My one issue was the lack of a contact name and number that is easily available after hours. We struggled with the lock box when we arrived at the building but the contact number we called to help us with this box did not respond to calls after hours. A tenant happened to be near the door and helped us to access the lock box properly. Also, it would be helpful to indicate on their "information" sheet, the exact location of their offices.

The apartment was extremely clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was fabulously comfortable, and the linens and towels smelled sooooo great! The apartment was very quiet, too!
