The cabin is equipped with the essentials for a cozy stay, including a charcoal grill, front porch seating, a small indoor table with chairs, battery-operated lanterns, bedding, a propane wall heater, and a private Porta-John. Please plan to bring your own water, towels, coolers, camp chairs, charcoal, and any additional gear needed for cooking and washing up.
Traveling with a group? Henry’s Cabin and White Birch Cabin—located just down the road—can accommodate up to 10 additional guests. You can book all three together under our “Henry’s & White Birch Cabins – Johnswood Off-Grid Cabins on Drummond Island” listing.
Tucked just off Johnswood Road, Nick’s Place is perfectly situated for outdoor adventure. Dickenson Lake is nearby for fishing and kayaking, and hundreds of acres of State land are right at your doorstep for hunting and exploring. You’re also less than half a mile from Kreetan/Glen Cove Road, connecting you to over 60 miles of ATV and ORV trails. And when it’s time to cool off, Big Shoal Beach—a local favorite for swimming and kayaking—is just down the road.
