Excellent location with both seaview and poolview (from the 7th floor). The apartment is comfortable and clean as brand new, able to accommodate a family of 4. It is very close to the beach, just a short walk from the garage (if you take elevator to P level). It is well equipped with all appliances one may need. You’ll find at least 4 restaurants in the neighborhood and on the beach, few cafeterias, as well. You can park your car in the front of the building for free. Take bus number 17 to the ortodox cathedral where the old town area starts from. The 60 min bus trip costs 51 cents (summer 2026), use app TicketVarna (ticket costs 1 euro if you buy it on the bus). It takes about 20 min to reach the city center. There’s a shop just near the building but if you take few hundred meters walk you’ll find a Lidl there. Beach is excellent, just like the Golden Sand beach. You can rent 2 sunbeds and a parasol for 16 eur per day. I warmly recommend this place if you want to spend a pleasant vacation for a fair price. Apartment manager speaks good English.
