La ubicación en el centro es muy cerca a todas las atracciones, zona de restaurantes y supermercados. Cerca al tranvia. Económico, excelente relación calidad precio.
Falta manteniendo en los electrodomésticos de la cocina, y algún menaje como paños para limpiar.

_ spatially it is very interesting, with three overlapping floors.
_ it is located in a good area, very close to the city center within walking distance.
_ the middle floor (kitchen) smelled a bit strange, like oil, so I had to sleep on the lower floor.
_ the bed on the lower floor is slightly tilted; I’m not sure if it’s because of the floor or the bed itself.
With just a bit of good taste in the decoration, the apartment would improve a lot; there are quite a few very old pieces of furniture that really detract from the overall look and give a poor impression... however, the value for money is very good.
