A casa é grande, bom deck e piscina.
Me decepcionou a comunicação precária com a Carpediem. Não há uma pessoa pra atender um telefone. Pedi suporte para chuveiro elétrico, vaso sem rampa, quarto com fechadura com defeito ( 2 crianças ficaram trancadas, se fossem mais novas, teria que quebrar a janela pra retirar do quarto) e não fui atendido. Um absurdo. A casa necessita de alguns reparos, principalmente pelo custo elevado do aluguel no fim de semana..Pra quem gosta de silêncio, cabe ressaltar que ha um campo de futebol e uma academia na frente da casa.
