Cosy appart avec balcon Pont de Flandres - Crimée

Schöne große Wohnung, hatte alles was man braucht. Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnblock Areal mit Security. Man fühlte sich sicher. Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Jedes Zimmer hatte einen Balkon. In der Küche war alles neu und alles drin.

Die Wohnung hatte eine separate Toilette, wäre gut gewesen in der Toilette noch ein kleines Waschbecken zu haben. Zum Hände waschen musste man immer ins Bad. Kissen waren viel zu hart und ungewöhnlich, ging absolut gar nicht. Der Eingang zum Gebäude war schlecht beschrieben und nicht einfach zu finden. Alle Eingänge sahen gleich aus.

Casa comodissima con bagno suddiviso in lavabo/doccia e wc a parte. Metropolitana, Carrefour, negozi vicini. Ritiro chiavi semplice in un vicino Market. Vigilanza

Abbiamo saputo solo sul posto che stavamo in uno dei quartieri più screditati di Parigi ma a parte qualche homeless non si respirava aria pericolosa neanche di notte.

Review for Accommodation Our experience with this accommodation was disappointing. The keys had to be picked up at a shop, and we only received the instructions for key collection a few hours before arrival instead of the promised 24 hours in advance. The directions for entering the residential complex were unclear and practically useless. We repeatedly called the host for assistance with entering the building and finding the correct door, as the provided codes did not work. The host was unhelpful and eventually stopped answering the phone. Fortunately, a kind local passerby helped us gain access. The host never called back to check if we managed to enter the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious but far from clean. Dirt and dust were visible, and the bedding had noticeable stains, which was unpleasant. Heating was inadequate for the winter season, leaving the apartment cold. Additionally, the balcony doors do not lock, which is a serious safety concern as the apartment is on the first floor, making it easy for someone to enter from the outside. While the location is close to the metro, the neighborhood feels questionable. Returning to the apartment at night, we felt unsafe. On the first day, we even saw a homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the building. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and I cannot recommend this accommodation.
