The host Miguel was very friendly and very helpful. He was there to greet us at the villa and explained how everything in the villa worked. He also showed us where the local supermarkets were and recommended places to visit and restaurants and bars. The facilities were great. The swimming pool was very clean and maintained and perfect size for swimming. The hot tub was also very good and worked perfectly. There is a washing machine and washing line which is very handy to save on luggage costs. The kitchen has everything you need if you do want to cook and there is an outside barbecue. The bedrooms are a good size and main bedroom with ensuite was great. The WiFi worked very well and never dropped out. The main town of Alcudia is literally a 10 min walk from the villa and large supermarket 5 min walk. The beach is around a 15 min walk. The market in the town is definately worth a visit and very good prices. We are coming back to the same Villa in September as there is only 2 of us. If you are looking for a larger Villa with a large family or families, Miguel has another much larger villa with same size swimming pool 10 minutes away from this one which he kindly took us to view and also took us up a mountain to get a wonderful view of Alcudia and the ports and beaches.
