Great location, large pool and gym

Bedding could have fitted better

It was really handy to have a machine machine & dryer & parking on site. We loved the outdoor alfresco & pool. Beds very comfy.

Pillows could be a little better.

It was super comfortable and clean. A home from home feel.

Everything was just perfect

Great location, within walking distance to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and plenty of restaurants nearby.

While we ​f​ound the location to be great, there were several aspects of the experience that could be improved. First, the check-in process was inconvenient​. Collecting the keys from a lockbox at a separate location was ​a​nnyoing​, this was not disclosed before booking. Additionally, locating the assigned carpark was quite complicated; clearer instructions would have been helpful as the​ parking layout is ​very difficult to navigate. Regarding the ​on-site parking, we were unable to provide a license plate number during pre-check-in because we ​w​ere picking up a rental car. We were not informed at the time that we would later be required to provide a photo of the car in its ​assigned spot. This request was sent several hours after our arrival, and unfortunately, the system would not allow us to upload the photo. Finally, we found the condition of the apartment to be somewhat run down. We noted cracked tiles on the deck and a ranchslider door that was ​broken which made it difficult to open. Furthermore, it appeared the flooring had been recently replaced, as the skirting boards had unfilled nail holes and remained unpainted.
