Naftilos Skiathos

La posizione centralissima. Diverse Bakery dove fare colazione la mattina, tutte ottime. La fermata del bus a 4 min a piedi che permette di raggiungere tutte le spiagge dell’isola. E infine, un grazie speciale a Annie, persona gentilissima e super disponibile. Grazie mille, ritorneremo sicuramente presso questa struttura nel prossimo viaggio a Skiathos!

Room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Property was located 2 mins from main walking street. Close to scooter rentals, bars and restaurants.

Everything was as expected but for a little more money I would opt for a room with the terrace/balcony. Provides a little more space.

Il wifi non funzionava bene

While the location is excellent—being close to the city center and conveniently near a bus stop for the beaches—the overall experience fell far short of expectations in several critical areas.

I am disappointed with my stay, as the experience fell far short of expectations in several critical areas. To begin with, the shower water temperature was completely unstable, fluctuating violently between scalding hot and freezing cold, which made it impossible to shower comfortably. When I reported this to the owner, she initially claimed there were no rooms available and suggested we leave with a refund. I had to insist that it was her obligation to provide the accommodation we had paid for; only then did she suddenly "find" a room for us. Unfortunately, once we moved, the exact same plumbing issue persisted. Furthermore, there were no mosquito screens on the windows, leaving us exposed to mosquitoes throughout our stay. We also had no Wi-Fi access at all during our stay. Housekeeping was equally unsatisfactory. Even though we stayed in the new room for three nights, the sheets and towels were never changed. They were only replaced on our final night, and only after we explicitly requested it. To top it off, the coffee maker advertised in the amenities was missing entirely. Considering these ongoing issues and the lack of basic maintenance, the quality of this accommodation does not reflect the price paid. I cannot recommend this place.
