The decor of the appartment was lovely and homey. The space is well-organized and the kitchen is well-stocked. There is tons of light during the day. Fortunately, there is also privacy curtains and a mesh that keeps mosquitoes and bugs away. It was a really nice experience because the layout of the little flat is designed masterfully.

I didn't like that there was such a long list of tasks needed before leaving. It required me to throw out the trash, clean the bathroom, do dishes and dry them, move sheets around... these tasks tend to be done by the host or housekeeping. I understand it is not a hotel, but this is the very first time I have ever needed to do the cleaning before leaving. I have used Airbnb, Booking and conventional hotels for years and this was never something required of me. I don't mind doing it, but rather not being given more of a heads up. The host said it was on the page but I don't remember seeing it. Mind you, I am a keen reader of fineprint.

Recomendo vivamente, o apartamento é um charme, bem equipado e cheio de detalhes encantadores. A localização é boa, próxima dia acessos à rede de transportes públicos.

Appartamento molto carino pulito, cura in ogni dettaglio. Comodissimo per raggiungere Parigi con solo quattro fermate di RER(raggiungibile tramite un breve percorso in salita a 50 metri da casa). In zona ci sono supermercati e panificio. Letto comodo cucina fornitissima ,gentilissima host Nadine. Facile self check.

Nulla. Tutto perfetto per un breve periodo e per visitare Parigi.

Kein hoher Preis. Sauber genug im Zimmer. Gutes Bett. Verfügbarkeit von Küche und alle Küchengeräte.

About 200 metres of the road to the flat has to be walked at a slope of about 45 degrees. I don't think disabled or elderly people will be able to do this. The whole building is in scaffolding. To get into the flat you have to go on a serious quest: dial the right code to get into the entrance, find the right outdoor safe to get the key, get into the corridor and there find another safe with a different key. If you have poor eyesight - it is better not to go through this. The front door to the flat is metal, like in a garage. The bathroom is so small that I could hardly fit in it. The washbasin is very difficult to wash myself as it is too small. The flat is a very small room with a huge amount of stuff. It appears to be the living room of a non-young person who has temporarily ceded it to you. At the end you will be asked to clean up after yourself and take out the rubbish.
