Location
Air conditioning installed in all rooms but remote controls removed and units switched off at power panel. When I enquired why the air con was off I was informed it was only available at extra cost. No mention of this on Booking site. BBQ area uncleaned on arrival. Lack of fresh sheets and towels for a one week stay. Sofas in lounge very uncomfortable. TV signal prehistoric.
