About this house rental
Casa Martinhos is a modern luxury villa with breathtaking views of the ocean, and located right by the coast.
It is generously laid out with comfortably furnished rooms providing a total living space of 500m². There are four bedrooms are on the upper floor, with the fifth one located downstairs. There are four bathrooms, three of which have baths, and all have showers.
. On the floor below there is the spacious living room, and sitting area with big, comfortable sofas and a dining space. A big plasma TV and pool table allow for some great indoor evening activities. The kitchen located on this same floor is fully equipped. Free wireless Internet access is available, both in the house and in the garden and on the terrace.
The extensive terrace with comfortable, cushioned seating provides access to the pool and grill area, and is surrounded by palm trees and furnished with deckchairs and parasols. There is an outdoor dining space on the terrace, where you can dine and have a drink. The well-maintained lounge area by the infinity pool will, undoubtedly, be your favorite spot, where you can simply enjoy the breathtaking view, or swim in a pool that “merges” with the sea. The pool can be heated with an added cost. Please inform us in advance if you want this extra service.

Das ist Luxus pur!!! Ein traumhaft schönes Haus, ein unbeschreiblicher Ausblick und sehr bemühte Gastgeber! In echt sieht das Haus noch besser aus! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 2 Familien und trotzdem viel Privatsphäre! Besser hätte es nicht sein können!
Da fällt mir nix ein!

Casa tem todas as condições e comodidades para 10 pessoas. maravilhosa vista, boa disposição dos quartos, zona de lazer muito boa.
Diversos utensílios de cozinha, Jogos diversos para adultos e crianças. Zona de lazer exterior muito boa. Recomendo e voltarei certamente:)
Caldeira de agua não tem capacidade de agua quente para 10 banhos (pelo menos do inverno)
Mesa de refeição da sala também não tem capacidade para 10px e devia ter visto ser a capacidade da casa.
