Spacious 5 Bed, 2 Bath House with POOL TABLE, near Solihull, NEC & Bham Airport

We enjoyed how responsive the host was and attentive to the issues. Super clean and lovely home with very modern furnishings. Loved the annex with the pool table and the kitchen! With the heat having multiple fridges and freezers was fantastic! The beds were really comfortable and loved the thick carpet which was a blessing after so much walking. We enjoyed the well kept garden

There was an issue with the bathtub which meant we could not use the bath at all during the stay, with the jets and the bath being a good selling point it was disappointing to find a large leak into the kitchen. The parking is difficult as there is only a small area which is dropped curb, and there was not enough space for our two vehicles to leave at different times. The wiring in the house was quite confusing, we appreciated the labels in some areas but there was a lot of switches not working and the downstairs bathroom light was not working at all, the switch for jets for the tub were on the outside of the bathroom as opposed to being easily accessible inside the bathroom which is a privacy issue. The exterior of the house was in a state of slight disrepair, the rendering needed to be redone was cracked and crumbling on the extension. In the lounge there was only 2 sofas which there was not much room for more but it would not have sat 8 people at all.
