Immobile e appartamento di nuova costruzione. Situato al terzo piano con ascensore, l’appartamento offre tutto ciò necessario per soggiornare a Himare. Posizione comoda vicino al centro e alla spiaggia pubblica (dove però non siamo stati durante il giorno, abbiamo deciso di spostarci in altra spiaggia più tranquilla). Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha supportato in tutte le nostre richieste, soprattutto per la questione parcheggio che ad agosto è un difficile in tutta Himare.
Carenza di alcuni attrezzi per cucinare. È vero che costa meno pranzare/cenare presso i vari ristoranti rispetto a fare la spesa, ma avendo la necessità di cucinare per due bimbe di 6 e 2 anni, qualche attrezzo in più sarebbe stato utile. Ad ogni modo abbiamo fatto richiesta al proprietario che è intervenuto facendoci avere quanto richiesto in un paio di giorni.

Location super handy to the beach & promenade where all the action, restaurants, bars and entertainment happens.
Clean modern & nicely presented with lift access to 3rd floor. Easy keypad entry & the washing machine was a bonus.
Kitchenette is small & basic. No kettle or toaster; boiled water in a pot for coffee & teabags & oven grilled our toast. Not a cup/mug in sight but after searching we found one on a high shelf in a cupboard, obviously bought by a previous guest with the same frustration.
Directions could be clearer… using google maps & the directions from the host we arrived at an apartment block with a name we can’t remember. Confused 🫤 we asked the lady at the reception for help to find Sea La Vie Apartments. She made few mobile calls & it was established we were in the right place.. The lift instructions & key code then all made sense. The apartment is part of a new apartment block that is still in final stages of construction.
