Location is top notch. The suit was nice but the facilities: coworking, sunroof, pool, gym are fantastic.
The location is perfect but the main avenue is loud, and the rooms are not sound proof so it can be loud.
The check in process is mainly automated via AI, it can be hard for older persons or those not familiar with automated processes. It’s also a bit weird that they ask for Face ID to enter the building but honestly this is most buildings in São Paulo, joya part of the culture i guess.
I wish they had room for luggage before or after checking in. Also I was not able to Use the washroom.

Location
The check-in is horrible, all handled by web, request payment in advance, like a warrant, in a link via WhatsApp, separate form booking. Minutes before the entrence they request lot of information to give you the code to enter.
The apartment is very tiny. Incredible small. It is just for 2 people and just to sleep and take a bath
