Location was easy to all aspect of Christchurch. House was lovely and warm.
Master bed was squeaky which just needs tightening.

Proximity to Merivale village. Lovely garden and outdoor area. Nice, clean, 2 bdrm unit that has been modernized and was presented really well. Hosts communicated clearly and efficiently.
It was hot and the air conditioning units did not seem to do their job very well.
