Villa Deluxe Nerja SilHouse

A comfortable, spacious villa with plenty of room inside and out. The private pool was a real highlight, clean, a good size, beautifully lit at night and with a shallow sloping section ideal for younger children. Good Wi-Fi and air conditioning, plenty of storage, clean bath and beach towels, a well-equipped kitchen and English TV/Netflix. Great location, just a short walk to the beach and mini market and an easy drive to Nerja and Frigiliana.

The villa is a little tired in places, with a scruffy sofa and torn indoor/outdoor cushions. Both showers had issues, the toaster didn’t work, a bedroom door handle kept coming off and a toilet seat was loose. We also couldn’t find a broom or vacuum to clean the floors. We were sent the wrong Google Maps location, which caused a stressful 30-minute detour at 10:30pm, although Antonio was very responsive and helpful when contacted. The outside area is somewhat overlooked by neighbouring villas. There were also nearby street works with a jackhammer for much of two of our three full days — obviously outside the owner’s control, but disruptive when using the pool.

The villa was in a quiet urbanization. Close to the beach and within walking distance to Nerja. It was perfect for us. It had all that we needed for a relaxing stay in Nerja.

No information in the villa about how things worked. Particularly the pool. It said was heated in the information but it was either not switched on or we couldn't get it to work. The toilet seat broke in the main bathroom on Day 2 of our stay. Reported it but no-one came to fix it. Not a major issue but would have been nice if the flat sheet on the main bed actually fit the bed. It was too small to tuck underneath. Small thing but very annoying!

The villa was clean, comfortable & equipped with everything we needed. It was in a great location, a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to Nerja town centre via the beach and the promenade.
