About this villa rental
Punta Lara area: beach and restaurants at 200 metres!
This modern villa is located in the Punta Lara area at a few minutes’ walk from the beach and restaurants. The town centre of Nerja (2.3 km) is a short drive away. There is a private pool with sun loungers and a barbecue area with patio furniture. The villa is furnished to a high standard with air conditioning in the living/dining room.
Location and outside area
Punta Lara is a residential area 2.3 km west of Nerja’s town centre. At the nearby Playazo beach (200 m), you will find several beach restaurants, the so-called chiringuitos where fresh fish is served daily. The villa is conveniently located also for a visit to the beautiful white villages of the Axarquia area or to the Nerja caves. Historic Granada with its famous Alhambra palace and the Picasso Museum in Malaga are just an hour away. The private pool (5x4 m and 1.1 – 1.5 m deep) is accessed from the living room, as is the terrace with sun loungers and a barbecue area with patio furniture—a perfect setting to enjoy an alfresco meal. There is also an outside shower with hot water.
Note: On the terrace there is a pool table and a ping-pong table.
Inside and lay-out
On the ground floor you will find a tastefully furnished and decorated living room offering very comfortable seating with air-conditioning, a 42” flat-screen with satellite TV, a DVD-player and an enclosed fireplace. The dining corner is between the living room and the kitchen. The bright and spacious kitchen is decorated with wood, in a modern style with many appliances, including a 4-ring vitro hob, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator/freezer. A washing machine is outside. There is also a WC on this floor.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom and has a double bed, its own balcony and an en suite shower room with WC and washbasin. The second bedroom is also on this floor and has 2 single beds. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds as well; if you only need one bed, you can slide one under the other. There is also a complete family bathroom with a whirlpool bath on this floor.

Villa superbe avec tout le confort. Nous avons été bien accueilli par la propriétaire Laura, très gentille et très à l'écoute. Secteur très calme. J'ai adoré Nerja et je reviendrai sûr. Merci beaucoup.

Nerja est une destination merveilleuse. Cela fait maintenant 4 ans que nous venons passer nos vacances d'été et pour cette 4éme année nous avons choisi cette villa située dans le quartier de Punta Lara à Nerja. Situation parfaite. Accès direct à la plage 3 minutes à pied. Maison magnifique avec un équipement Top. Pas de vis à vis. Maison très propre piscine adapté pour les adultes et les enfants vraiment parfait. Je recommande cette villa mais surtout l'agence Casitas Select, il faut demander Maria.

La experiencia ha sido perfecta. La casa se sitúa en una zona muy tranquila fuera de Nerja y muy cerca de la playa. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y tiene una calidad muy alta. Piscina, billar, ping-pong, ideal para estar con niños. No se puede pedir nada más. Además, la dueña nos facilitó la entrada y la salida, y cualquier cosa que necesitábamos.

Mooi net vakantiehuis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Pingpongtafel, Pooltafel en zwembad vielen goed in de smaak. Ruimte genoeg voor 8 personen. Ook wasmachine en vaatwasser aanwezig.
Tweepersoonsbed beneden had een erg zacht matras met een kuil erin. Was aan vervanging toe. Dat was wat storend. Verder wat kleine dingetjes maar niet noemenswaardig. Over het geheel een prettig huis. Naar nerja was een half uur lopen langs een 50 km weg. Wij dachten wat dichterbij de gezelligheid te zitten maar hadden huurauto's waardoor geen probleem.
