Der Stil. Die vielen Etagen. Die Dachterrasse. Die Einrichtung. Die Lage, mitten in der Stadt. Ganz oben gibt es sogar nochmal einen Kühlschrank, sodass man die Grillsachen und Getränke griffbereit hat. Alles super schön.

posizione centrale, check-in on line, ritiro chiavi in key-box, look appartamento, informazioni dettagliate sui parcheggi, risposta celere del gestore (anche se senza soluzioni)
- la manutenzione preventiva (es. tavoletta del bagno rotta, un televisore non funzionante, un rubinetto doccia rotto, bollitore e macchina caffè difettosi, mancanza di doppie prese, alcuni telecomandi con pile scariche...) - la funzionalità dei bagni (il bagno principale si allaga quando si fa la doccia, manca di accessori e durante il nostro soggiorno ha raggiunto temperature elevatissime; il bagno secondario ha la doccia ricavata in un sottoscala basso, non ha bidet ed è senza aspirazione) - condizionamento (il condizionatore al primo piano è un portatile utilizzabile solo con finestra aperta!, il piano terra non è condizionato)
