Très bel et joli appartement décoré avec goût. A proximité du port et jolie vue de la terrasse, calme.
Aspect administratif plutôt lourd puisqu'il faut faire un état des lieux à l'arrivée et au départ. Pas super propre en particulier sur la terrasse. Pas de balai, aspirateur sale et non vidé (obliger de le nettoyer avant usage), 4 feuilles de sopalin, 1 seul sac poubelle dans la cuisine et aucun dans la poubelle de la salle de bain alors que nous étions là pour 1 semaine. Propriétaire très sympathique et compréhensive contrairement à la conciergerie qui s’est formalisée sur un détail et semble donc manquer quelque peu, selon nous, d'orientation client.
