Appartement très bien équipé, voire suréquipé.
Peut accueillir 4 personnes sans problème.
Calme et à l'écart des voies de circulation.
Donne sur les jardins.
Soleil inonde l'appartement le matin.
Résidence est bien sécurisée.
pas de parking; On peut se garer dans l'impasse devant l'immeuble mais le stationnement est interdit et la police passe souvent sauf le dimanche.
la barre de douche est mal fixée et gagnerait à être rescellée.
nous n'avons pas réussi à allumer la télé (langue étrangère à l'écran)

Byt je na hezkém místě s nádherným výhledem do zahrady. Je klimatizovaný, dobře řešený a docela prostorný. Dobrá variabilita spaní i s většími dětmi.
Zejména stav a čistota vybavení kuchyně.
