EASY RENT Apartments - CityCenter Place, Centrum 24h Check-in

The property was very modern, clean and spacious and the location was perfect for us.

The check in was very difficult. The code and lock key system on the door was extremely difficult to use and we could not access the apartment upon our arrival. We had to call someone to help us get in. The person helping us was unable to get us in to the apartment using the normal method and had to give us an alternative access that they usually don’t give to guests. On the check in instructions, the apartment said once we enter the first time, there will be a key card or fob for us to use to exit and enter more easily however, there was no such key in the apartment. I contacted the company straight away to alert them to this and we were told someone would drop us a fob the next day. We never received a fob for our entire stay. The apartment was also a little cold and there were no instructions provided to us on how to control the heating. Again I contacted the company about this straight away and I received the following message: ‘The apartment should have thermostats to regulate the temperature.’ We found the apartment cold throughout our stay, as we stayed there over Christmas when the weather was sub zero almost every day.

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna ,blisko centrum, nawet na piechotę nie jest daleko. Apartament duży , czysty, bardzo nowoczesny z wyspą kuchenną, zmywarką,lodówką. talerze, kubki ,ekspres do kawy, ręczniki, nawet ręcznik papierowy w kuchni,kawa, herbata. Oddzielna sypialna, malutka garderoba z wieszakami. My byłyśmy jedną noc, ale myślę, że można się tam zatrzymać nawet z rodziną na kilka dni. Jest jeszcze w saloniku kanapa, nie wiem czy rozkładana ,ale chyba tak ,ponieważ w garderobie była dodatkowa pościel. Myślę, że spokojnie 4 osoby mogą tam przenocować

Jak dla mnie było trochę chłodno, ale poza tym reszta była ok
