Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Apartament również bardzo przyjemny, ładnie urządzony, nowoczesny. Światła sterowane pilotami.
Niestety kanapa do spania była kiepska, bardzo głośno trzeszczała i nie była płaska, przez co nie wyspaliśmy się. Widać, że serwis sprzątający nie przykłada się do sprzątania łazienki. Śniadanie dodatkowo płatne zdecydowanie nie warte swojej ceny - 35 zł za 4 małe kromki chleba, 2 plastry sera, 4 plastry szynki i 2 plasterki salami oraz twaróg.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko sklepy, komunikacja miejska, Ogród Saski. Pieszo można łatwo dotrzeć na stare miasto. Apartament w nowym budynku, na IV piętrze, winda działała. Wyposażenie dobre, wszystko tak jak w opisie właściciela. Konieczność segregacji śmieci - pomieszczenie śmietnikowe dopiero w trzecim budynku. Trzeba poszukać.
Trochę usterek, spowodowanych przez poprzednich wynajmujących. Po interwencji przeniesiono nas do innego apartamentu - Wieniawska 7/64. Pod tym adresem wszystko już OK.
