Great apartment, high floor, great pool area & rooftop. New building, everything's working well and clean.
Deposit required after the booking. Staff gave a WhatsApp number but almost never answered, poor communication. No space in the cupboards. Small cockroaches and sometimes pipe smell, but it seems it's everywhere in KL. No adapter, in other apartments in KL they provided adapters. No cleaning even for over a week. Gym could be better. Couch could be better Not the best area in KL but still good.

La ubicación perfecta. A tan solo 10-15 minutos en taxi del centro
Cuando llegamos no habia nadie en recepción y no recibimos ningun tipo de ayuda para hacer el checkin, nos hacian pagar primero una fianza (que no estaba informado en Booking) mediante un link y transferencia, sino, no nos daban el acceso. No hay ninguna persona fisica con la que hablar. La habitación estaba sucia, las sábanas y toallas, así como bichos que salian del baño cada dia. Vale lo que pagas. Te lo venden como muy top por tener las vistas, pero el precio es lo que vale.
