We arrived to this place around 10:15pm after 9hours of trip from Penang, extremely tired. We planned to stay at KL only 3 days. Than we couldn't enter into house as there was a lock password system atvthe door and lock was faulty. After 45 min , owner agreed there was a fault and put us in another apartment, with balcony. The house was good 14th floor but there was no hot water no wifi... Eventhough I asked no response received ref to must things not functioning. Than following day we had to wait till 12 noon, as the fault had to be fixed. And when we went to upstairs it was 58th floor no balcony and waiting time for lift was 15min. There was no toilet paper or washing up material for dishes. Than at the pool no dry sauna, it was broken, also securities are everywhere watching... Asian goes to pool with their daily dresses and hijab , pyjama whatever they wore. It was a horrible experience. When you check outo owner is restricted with time and there is no storage place if you have late flight! Never ever go there again and don't recommend.
