Comfortable unit, just right for what we needed. The welcome kits in the kitchen & bathroom were a nice touch.

Getting into the unit the first day was a challenge. (1) It wasn't completely clear that we needed to pick up the keys at a different location. (2) Once we had the keys, although they turned, the door would not open. Upon calling the help line, they quickly sent someone over to assist. The door needs to be adjusted! It was unacceptable that we had to go through that. The kitchen supplies were not ideal. There was only one cutting board and two good knives. The only spatula was metal, which you're not supposed to use on teflon pans (there were only teflon pans in the unit). There were limited food storage supplies (plastic containers) and no plastic wrap, or aluminium foil. The salad spinner has an open bottom and we got ourselves soaked the first time we used it. Although the stairs were not an issue for us (we're hikers) and probably not an issue for skiers, it would be nice to have been aware of them.

Very comfortable, great location for what we needed.

The front door needs to be adjusted-very hard to open and close. Parking garage door was noisy, but not a big issue.
