"It was a great location; however, the lobby is in the restaurant, so it's in another building from where we arrived. The rooms, breakfast, and spa are amazing."

Mitarbeiter im Spa und Restaurant.
Der Pool im Außenbereich war Eiskalt. Das Wasser im Inneren Pool war sehr dreckig.

It was a great location; however, the lobby is in the restaurant, so it's in another building from where we arrived. The rooms, breakfast, and spa are amazing.
The staff felt very "green," and we asked a bunch of questions about sightseeing in the area, but they had no idea what to tell us or recommend. Nobody answered the phone when I tried calling them bc we couldn't find the reception to check in.
