Gloucester Terrace Gem

Clean and spacious. Location near to Paddington Station.

We were charged additional £60 by the online check-in (roompilot). Tried to call and message property but not succesfull. We had to pay the £60 to get the access code to the unit. I have put up a complaint to Booking.com customer service for refund.

It was well set-out. The outside patio area was great for relaxing.

Both beds and the sofa bed were too soft for us.

The location being near Paddington Station is great. Amd the size of apartment is comfortable for 4 people.

The apartment looks much older than the photos shown. Some parts need repairs like the bathroom mixer which seems to be coming off. The mattresses were way too soft and you can roll off the side if not careful. The upstairs neighbours are noisy Every footstep can be heard and a child seems to be stomping around all the time if he or she is awake. It is terrible from a peaceful stay I was hoping to get. Cleaning wasn't completed when we arrived and had to wait inside for another 15 min (we arrived past 3:15pm). Bathtub was choked, Heated towel holders very stained. Generally apartment did not feel very clean.
