The apartment is in a great location, close to Paddington and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park and with nice pubs, restaurants and coffee houses just round the corner. The apartment itself has good facilities and is clean and comfortable.
The tv reception is poor, which wouldn't normally be a problem for me, but the World Cup was on!

Cleanliness and size were great!
Since no plugs in bathrooms would be nice to have a mirror in bedroom for drying and styling hair.

The beds were very comfortable. There was a sufficient amount of towels. Smart TV was appreciated.
The WiFi was absoulutely horrible. I was unable to work efficiently and many times just was not able too. This was quite unfortunate, as I'm a contract worker and I basically lost money, as I was unable to bill for hours worked, due to the wifi being so unstable. They really should strengthen the wifi. I would not book here again. I also didn't like that it was 5 floors up and was not aware that was a possibility. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
