Overall it was a nice stay for a single person
Quiet neighborhood. available parking. Washing machine was nice to have.
Slightly uncomfortable bed and pillows. Shower pressure was great but shower stall abit small. I was solo. I bought an extra pillow. Nice to have had a few washing machine tabs for starter.

Aufenthalt war entgegen der Erwartung
Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert. Genügend Stauraum vorhanden. Internet funktioniert. Self-Check in mit Türcode problemlos, wenn auch Kontaktaufnahme nur auf Italienisch.
Irreführende Beschreibung: „keine Kinder, keine Partys, Rauchverbot, etc.“ daher dachte ich, hier würde Ruhe herrschen. Die Wohnung befindet sich allerdings in einem ziemlich heruntergekommenen Mehrfamilien-Block. Das Treppenhaus ist alt und stinkt. In der Wohnung hört man jedes Geräusch der Nachbarn, stundenlanges Staubsaugen, Kindergeschrei, lautes Poltern am Abend nach 22 Uhr von oben… Parkplatz nicht immer verfügbar. Die Wohnung war ziemlich kat, die Heizkörper gesperrt bei Stufe 3. In der Küche fehlen grundlegende Dinge (scharfe Messer, Schneidebretter, Schüsseln, Kochutensilien, Standardgrwürze); würde der Vermieter Geschirrspülertabs zur Verfügung stellen, hätte ich sicher sauberes Besteck im Besteckkasten vorgefunden. Der Backofen ist außer Betrieb (scheint so, als wäre er noch nie benutzt worden), das Induktionskochfeld summt fürchterlich laut. Kochen war kaum möglich. Balkon ohne Sitzmöglichkeit. Die Dusche ist super winzig.
