I enjoyed my stay in the apartment

The apartment is located at the centre of Pordenone and is 10 minutes on foot from the train station. We were greeted with nice smell from the apartment as soon as we opened the door. It was a clean apartment and everything was in order. I enjoyed my stay in Pordenone.

Great location and an amazing host :)

Great location and the host was VERY responsive/helpful during our stay! Modern appliances and EXCELLENT water pressure! Furnishings were simple but nice/new and although we didn't choose to cook there, the kitchen was fully stocked with the pots, pans, utensils and basic cooking materials to do so. The furnishings were great and provided more than enough storage for personal items and souvenirs :)

The only things that were inconvenient were discardng trash (which is NOT the host's fault) and laundry. Trash separation rules recently changed in Italy, but the host provided bins/bags and promptly picked them up when contacted. Reducing any unnecessary packaging before traveling here would be a plus! Laundry is only an issue for a longer stay. The host helped us to locate a cleaners and laundromat, so it's doable but worth mentioning to give others the heads up for planning:)

Very spacious, the owners where super kind and helpful, answered there phones right away if we had any issues. It is a very clean and well kept place, I would recommend this place over any others in pordenone, also because the location is super great.

The secret of Pordenone

Fantastic location, very friendly hosts, comfortable bed, you are guaranteed a good night sleep, although in the centre, location is quiet. Was nice to arrive and air-conditioning was already on as it was 39 centigrades the day of arrival. All in all very good value, no doubt will return to appartamento ottoboni if I have to visit Pordenone again. Amazing selection of bars and restaurants, also, night atmosphere at night, also very safe.

Lighting in the bathroom, can easily be fixed.

Una soluzione economica, ma con qualche ristrettezza

Posizione centralissima, purtroppo l'ingresso è il classico punto di ritrovo di ragazzi imbecilli, quindi al sabato e domenica sfilata di cartacce e bibite vuote. Nonostante la posizione centrale pochi rumori dalla strada. Appartamento abbastanza grande. Doccia spaziosa e letto comodo. Presente lavastoviglie e microonde. Prezzo buono per il centro.

Odore di chiuso, stoviglie sporche, pochi utensili, scarsa insonorizzazione delle pareti. L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata a tapparelle, infissi, bidet un po' traballante, ma soprattutto all'impianto elettrico, impossibile fare andare due o tre elettrodomestici insieme, saltava sempre la corrente.

L'ideale a Pordenone

Appartamento in centro, comodissimo e pulito, con tutto il necessario per cucinare, un bel soggiorno con divano e tavolo per mangiare e una camera da letto. L'host molto gentile e disponibile

Ottimo appartamento per un soggiorno prolungato!

Cucina molto ben fornita per preparare praticamente di tutto, con prodotti per la pulizia e lavastoviglie. Spazi ampi e confortevoli, con possibilità di dormire in due stanze separate se necessario.

Unica cosa che posso suggerire è aggiungere un appendiabiti per l'ingresso e qualche tazza da colazione in più, ma sono sottigliezze. Non molto insonorizzato di giorno, ma la notte nessun problema.

Viel Wohnung für wenig Geld

10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, am Rand der malerischen Innenstadt mit ihren hervorragenden Kulinarik- und Shoppingangeboten, große Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung, und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis.

Der Eingang ist in dem verwinkelten Betonklotz, der im Erdgeschoss eine Bank beherbergt, nicht leicht zu finden, hier musste schon mal ein Anruf beim sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter Abhilfe schaffen, man hat Aussicht in den Innenhof des vermutlich hässlichsten Gebäudes der Stadt. Im Bad funktionierten die Steckdosen nicht, auch Kleiderhaken sucht man im Vorraum vergeblich. Immerhin hat der Vermieter auf meine diesbezügliche Reklamation Abhilfe versprochen. Das Schlafzimmer ist zudem etwas hellhörig.

Più in centro di così non si può!

La posizione é fantastica, in pochi istanti si é in centro e vicino a tutte le comodità. Ho parcheggiato la macchina il primo giorno e non la ho più spostata. L'appartamento ha tutto, é stato recentemente ristrutturato pare. Ha il piano a induzione, bollitore, frigo, pentole e stoviglie. É ben tenuto e pulito. Ho utilizzato la zona soggiorno più di quanto pensassi. Il prezzo poi é onestissimo.
