Firstly, the property managers Fabio and Stefania are super nice, friendly and thoughtful people. They even thought of toothpaste and toys for our and son sun creme for us. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for a week holiday. There was enough water, coffee, snacks (even pasta etc) available. For 30€, they prepared beach towels and umbrella for us which was very practical. The location of the apartment was actually close to the old town but I was expecting it a bit more closer. There is a park house opposite of the apartment which makes the parking easier if you have a rental car.

For us, “a good breakfast” means with fresh bakeries. In the apartment there were packed breakfast products available. Since there were nice bakeries around, we didn’t touch many of those. Additionally, the apartment height is very low. If you are tall, very possible to hit the head around which my husband did several times. There is also ant problem in the kitchen.

מיקום מצויין, מרחק הליכה לשדרה הראשית, בעל הדירה היה מאוד שירותי ומסביר פנים. נתן המלצות והסברים על הסביבה. מומלץ- קרוב מאוד לדירה, יש בית קפה-מאפייה מדהימים שפתוחים מ 06³⁰ בבוקר (!!)

Die beiden Besitzer Fabio und Stefania sind wirklich sehr herzlich. Dazu ist das Appartement selbst völlig in Ordnung. An die niedrigen Decken gewöhnt man sich schnell.

Wie es schon andere gesagt haben, handelt es sich nicht um Frühstück, sondern eher um einen Snack. Wir haben Brötchen, Wurst, Butter, Eier und sowas dazu gekauft. Die "kostenlosen Parkplätze" gibt es zwar, sind aber tatsächlich immer belegt, so dass es reine Glücksache ist, einen zu bekommen. Wir haben in 10 Tagen ganze 3 mal einen ergattert, bedeutet 70 Euro Zusatzkosten für das Parkhaus. Die Terasse haben wir nicht genutzt, da sie in einem abgehalfterten Innenhof einiger Mietshäuser liegt.

Es gab eingepackte Croissants, Zwieback, Marmelade und Kaffee. Wir bevorzugen ein anderes Frühstück. Die Lage war für uns gut; gegenüber direkt ein Parkhaus, das ist einfach perfetto! Sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgeber.
