Size and lots of areas for large groups
Restrictions on spa usage and power went out which meant no power or water as on tank water maybe consider backup generator

The house was very clean and spacious, with two lounge areas, and had a well equipped kitchen.
Lovely to have the pool and the spa (for the colder weather).
The firepit was also a lovely luxury as was the trampoline.
Lovely home to accommodate a large group/multiple families and secluded enough for privacy and quiet.

location was great. Not too far from shops and facilities but far enough away to feel like you're a little secluded and no noise
