AIR CONDITIONING!! The air conditioners in the bedrooms were fantastic. LOCATION- the location was perfect and had lots of parking space. COMFORTABLE BEDS- sleeping in air conditioned rooms in comfortable beds was wonderful. OUTDOOR TABLE- the table under the pergola was perfect for coffee and lunches. Very Italian.
The property needs serious basic maintenance. Small things that did not make a good first impression.

Not a lot of storage (two rooms have wardrobes, but two have nothing), info brochure was not very helpful, could do with mosquito nets at the windows/door as there is a lot of insects.

The house was clean. The location offers privacy, is surrounded by nature, and lets you sleep well because it is very quiet. It is possible to park your car next to the property. It seems like a safe accommodation. The property was clean. The owner was available via WhatsApp. Good for kids.
Owner not present. The internet is very weak or not working. TV did not work. Some of the furniture is damaged. The water pressure in one of the bathrooms did not work. The front patio door was locked. The automatic opening system did not work. You need to remove your garbage on your own. Village difficult to access. High price for what you get.
