Das Haus liegt gut zwischen netten Dörfern, der Stadt Cecina und dem schönen Strand. Der Blick über die Hügel bis zum Meer ist wunderbar.
Der große Garten ist gepflegt und bietet Kindern viel Auslauf. Zum Frühstück oder Abendessen gibt es verschiedene nette Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien.

Prachtige uitzicht in de grote tuin voldoende isoleerplekjes buiten de zon, ookal is het een appartement alle bewoners zijn super aangenaam en vriendelijk de eigenares paraat om te helpen, oud gebouw sommigen vinden het niets wij vonden het geweldig.
geen microgolf voor papfles op te warmen makkelijk opgelost met water in pan te verwarmen marie au bain wijze, we zaten vol boebels maar er waren geen muggen te bespeuren, nadien waren er toch muggen in de kamer die zich verstopten er waren wel mugverdelgingmachines met tabletten beschikbaar en de ramen van de slaapkamers zijn voorzien van muggenhor.

Tipica struttura stile toscano con ottimo panorama, disponibilità staff e accoglienza ai cani.
Valuterei di sistemare l’ingresso per le auto.
Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno gli altri ospiti avevano bambini che hanno disturbato la mattina presto. La struttura molto bella non adattissima a tutti per la presenza di scale molto ripide.

nice view, real tuscanny surroundings, big garden, historical building, authentic atmosphere,
bedlinen for 7€ each?!, must claim for toilet paper and getb one roll for 7 people?!!, no microwave oven, no oven, no living room in a 90sqm ap., one toilet for 7 people in 90sqm, small fridge, no place inside to rest, just kitchen and bedrooms. all the doors are creaking ( 4,00€ to buy a WD40 spray only...)
We've found a mouse in the kitchen on the 4th day!!!!! Owners came to solve the problem brought some poison, cleared the place but there's already been a trap so they've know the situation before...:((( funny one side distressing form other...
