The room size for three people is more than enough, with comfy beds and it is quite to get good sleep. It is relatively close to the main square with a walk of around 10 mins.
The staff was very friendly and helpful (just one lady at the main desk was kind of having a bad day).
Underground parking is very convenient.
We forgot a device at the hotel and the staff was very helpful: it was sent asap to Bogota. Thanks for that!
No possibility to pay with card, making the stay for foreign visitors more difficult, giving the only option to go to an ATM :)
The breakfast is very very limited, no alternatives.
The parking situation might make you wake up earlier than desired.
