Apartamento 3 hab con parking junto a la playa

A very nice and cosy apartment. Everything is well organised and in its place. Very good communication with the owner and a quick check-in. The windows of two of the rooms face a quiet courtyard. The living room and bedroom have windows facing the pedestrian street, but with the windows closed, you can't hear any street noise. Having a private parking space was a huge convenience. Parking can be difficult in these area but there was always a space available. There are at least three grocery stores within a very short walking distance. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. I will definitely come back here someday.

The sofa in the living room has definitely seen better days. It’s easy to sit down on, but getting back up is a bit of a challenge :) The mattress in the bedroom also feels like it has seen better days

Location was very good. 5 min walking distance to everything; the beach, Balcon de Europa, etc.

The shower pressure was not great but still did the job fine. No hot water on the first day but it very hot so the cold shower was refreshing. And we got it sorted for the next round of showers.

Piso con una reforma brutal! No le falta un detalle! Aire acondicionado en el salón y dormitorio principal, solo con encender el del salón enfriaba todas las habitaciones, se agradecía porque estos días ha hecho una calor horrible!. Tiene parking que también era un plus, no te aseguran la plaza pero en una semana no hemos tenido problemas para aparcar. Cerca de playas, comercios, bares… está muy bien situado. Cristian un encanto! Nos ofrecieron quedarnos dos noches más y estábamos tan agusto que nos quedamos.

Es un tercero sin ascensor, pero ya lo sabíamos así que no le podemos poner pegas!

Muy equipado

Es tercer piso por escalera y nadie que te ayude a subir nada . Si estás con equipaje . No es una buena elección
