"The location, the outlook, the facilities, the fact that Juan Carlos was available to help at any time. And the luggage storage after checkout."

Excellent location. The terrace was large and not overlooked. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well fitted out. Very comfortable overall. Cleaning service was very good. Juan Carlos was a very attentive host and kept in touch regarding cleaning etc.
The kitchen area, while well equipped, was very small and difficult to navigate when you were trying to produce even a small meal like breakfast. The couch was a little uncomfortable.
