Location was perfect, on the flat, by the tennis courts, 5 mins walk into town and maybe 10 to beach. Its not as modern as many would like, and we have stayed at others that have much more facilities but it was a haven for us, and our dogs, front and back garden.
As there is no dishwasher you are relying on guests washing up properly, which they clear didnt do, so cutlery and crockery needed a thorough was before usage.

The space was sizeable
The smell of damp was overwhelming and worst in the smallest bedroom luckily that wasn’t needed. And the frying pan and other cooking equipment was dirty. The turntable in the microwave didn’t turn
