Casa Jazmin

This is a fantastic, super clean ground floor apartment in a quiet residential area and it really exceeded our expectations. Modern appliances, air con in every room, lovely outdoor patio with out door seating, very close to a (secure) shared swimming pool. Towels were provided, along with a bottle of water and a bottle of wine on arrival. Great, speedy communication from the owner Peter, and when the boiler restarted after a powercut and we needed to turn the hot water back on, he helped walk me through how to reset it quickly and easily. Under 30-minute walk into Nerja centre. Added bonus - very few insects. Our friends were staying just a few minutes' walk down the road and were inundated by the tiny ants native to this region, but this apartment was so clean and well maintained that they literally seemed to stop at the door! Note: the top section of La Colá road is currently closed, re-construction was underway so it didn't look like it would be long, but it just meant a couple of additional minutes' diversion - still very accessible. Once this has reopened it will reinstate a much more direct route straight off the roundabout from the main road.

We couldn't get the apps on the TV to work (we tried to log into using own profiles/accounts) - wasn't a problem for us at all as we hadn't intended to watch much TV anyway, preferring to enjoy the location.

La casa es muy bonita, la terraza es espectacular. Está en una urbanización muy tranquila a la entrada de Nerja. Bajábamos andando al pueblo todos los días, nos llevaba 15 minutos. La piscina es una maravilla, con muy buen tamaño y unas vistas preciosas. Peter, el dueño fue muy amable. Surgió un problema y nos intentó ayudar haciendo todo lo posible para darnos una solución , a pesar de no residir aquí.

El problema que surgió necesitaba una intervención rápida. Nosotros contactamos con la persona que gestiona la casa en España y no nos dio solución inmediata, nos la daba 48 horas después. Menos mal que Peter, el dueño, fue mucho más eficaz.

La limpieza, la funcionalidad de la cocina, los electrodomésticos nuevos, el aire funciona de maravilla, cama muy cómoda, tranquilidad de la zona etc

Almohada no había, sofá un poco pequeño.

Es un apartamento muy acogedor. Situado en una urbanización alejada de todo tipo de ruidos Todo estaba impecable. Nos ha encantado la terraza es amplia , muy bonita, y no le falta detalle, para disfrutar al aire libre. El aire acondicionados en las distintas estancias es maravilloso. Las camas son súper cómodas. Y a la cocina no le falta detalle También nos ha dado bastante seguridad disponer de alarma . Nos ha encantado. Supermercado Lidl y Aldi junto a la urbanización.

Hemos tenido que coger el coche para ir a todos los sitios, ya que la urbanización está alejada del pueblo.
