Casa do Lombo

La maison est très bien rénovée, très bonne literie, propre et bien équipée. L’extérieur est très agréable (barbecue, transats et hamac). Idéale pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants. C’est calme et la vue sur les collines de Machico est imprenable. Très bien située pour explorer l’île. Très bonne communication avec Fabio (procédure d’arrivée détaillée et recommandations de restos et balades) et des attentions dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Arrivée autonome et place de parking réservée.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is a unique old farmhouse full of character and charm, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a peaceful overnight stay. The traditional stone building gave it a really authentic Madeiran feel

There wasn’t anything major to dislike. If anything, the access path is quite narrow and a small walk from the parking, but that’s to be expected in this part of Madeira and adds to the character of the location.

We had a lovely stay in this very nicely refurbished house. The beds are great, though a little bit on the firm side. The view is stunning, so nice to sit on the terras overlooking the valley after a long day of hiking. The only downside was the somewhat difficult shower, it took some time to get it working. Al in al, a fantastic stay and a very welcoming and responsive owner
