    the hotel is nice, BUT it is so weird that one has to pay for the pool access, and checkin i received a document with all information about the hotel, but it does not talk about the fact that need pay for the pool when i went to the pool they told me that i need a "reservation" and need do that at the lobby. down at the lobby they informed that have to pay 20T KRW for the pool. why dont they come forward with this information right at checkin?? very annoying and weird. other the hotel was good, but this they must change

    I had high expectations on the room since it is Lotte's hotel. The location, facilities, service was no doubt great! However, the room does have some fishy smell or foul smell on and off, thus making my stay uncomfortable and I was shocked as this is the last thing I would expect from a hotel, not to say L7 hotel. Housekeeping came over with room spray but that doesn't solve the problem. I couldn't sleep at all last night due to it and I am glad that I'm just there for a night. Anyway, the service i received during my stay was great but the smell really turns me off as I am sensitive to it, some might not smell it.

    My original booking in Busan was cancelled, leaving me in a bind at the last minute. As you can imagine, my options were limited. Having lived in Korea for years, I had visited Busan many times before. This time around, I was hosting loved ones and was willing to spend extra to guarantee their comfort. Accordingly, my requirements were clean and close proximity to the beach. If you're familiar with Haeundae, you know that there is no shortage of hotel options. However, not all Haeundae hotels are created equally, and are certainly not all well-maintained. I landed on the L7 for this reason. Considering its recent construction and positive reviews, I knew to expect a clean and comfortable place to lay our heads at the end of long days at the beach. I was not disappointed. The room and public areas were clean and comfortable. The location is close to unbeatable, about a 7-minute walk to the beach (thanks to the crosswalks with rather long wait times). Here's the thing: the hotel fulfilled its purpose. However, having stayed in Busan many times before, I just know that you can certainly find other, more affordable options that offer similar quality. The only complimentary amenities at the L7 are the gym and water refill machines from my recollection. Fortunately, our agenda was: beach, beach, and more beach, but for the price we paid, I would have certainly appreciated access to more amenities. Long story short: The L7 is clean and well-situated, but so are other properties along Haeundae Beach, just something to keep in mind!

    Just opposite the beach. Small gym. Housekeeping threw bedroom slippers everyday. Limited vanity kit. Theres credit card charge. Plenty of food options but more expensive compared to other locations.
