For the cheap price, you had a bedroom, a bathroom, and everything else you needed, such as a fridge and a washing machine. It was perfectly fine for a short stay. The host was also very communicative and actually replied quickly whenever you had a question.
As it was not a five-star hotel, you can’t expect luxury amenities or services you would normally pay much more for. For the price, everything was absolutely fine and more than enough for a short stay.

Podría haber tenido escritorio y estar mejor colocado para la prevención de terremotos (el aire acondicionado no se debe colocar sobre la cabeza). Todo lo demás perfecto.

今回は4名でこちらのゲストルームにご宿泊しました。 駅からとても近く、新宿、渋谷、三軒茶屋へのアクセスも良いです。 近くには大きなスーパーがあって生活にすごく便利でした。 値段も、リーズナブルで 宿で節約して旅行で使いたかったのでとても都合が良かったです。 駐車場も近くにあって都内にしてはとても安いなと感じたのでよかったです。 トイレとお風呂は共用のお部屋をご予約しましたが、鍵がついていて 特にこれと言って嫌なところはなかったです。 一階にカフェのようなレストランのようなお店がありましが予約制だそうです。 すごくおしゃれな雰囲気がありました。 近くにコインランドリーもあって、よかったです。 都内のドミトリーと同じような価格ですが個室鍵付きなので、 また、同級生など誘って宿泊しようかなと思いました。 ありがとうございました！

駅から近く、コンビニや薬局もあって利便性が良かったです。トイレやお風呂の水回りも綺麗でした。
施設の備品。ティッシュやハンガーが無かったので不便しました。タオルも宿泊日数分あると良かったです。
